The room I booked at Super 8 By Wyndham Massena Ny was well-maintained and brand new. Its location in Massena is unbeatable, right next to the center of town, various stores, the Eisenhower Lock, the beach.

Easy to find, neat, and a good value.

the units are updated, newly renovated. a bathroom is equipped with bathtub. the location is in a marvellous spot close to the airport. please let the very good and kind staff know of my gratefulness for a comfortable stay.

The location in Massena was comfortable and magnificent. A short walk to a great Italian restaurant across the street, shopping area, and Eisenhower Lock. - the United Methodist Church was set not very far from the property.

didn't like being on the 1st floor, next time definitely on 2nd or 3rd floor asked for an 830a wakeup call, it never came ran out of kleenex in the washroom, no extra in room

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the motel. It was very neat and employees were very nice. My husband made a mess in the kitchen, spilling his tray, and they were very nice about it and cleaned it right up. Even had an ironing board and an iron in our room. Would recommend and would def go again to any Super 8.

The mattress wasn't too comfy.

We were upgraded to a beautifully maintained deluxe double room with 2 double beds, a nice gesture. the hotel has a perfect and convenient location, really close to the mall and several stores and restaurants. - Most of the staff were accommodating.

The whole experience was really really nice from start to finish, strongly recommend. The hotel was reasonably clean with super-friendly and accommodating staff, it met needs. The location of this property just off strip mall and a Walmart and Eisenhower Lock was absolutely perfect.

Rooms have been recently renovated and include useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee-making facilities, along with very comfortable beds, plus it's in a great location for traveling to the area.

This place has a great location for an overnight stay, I visited for a weekend and would definitely come back.
